What was extra nice this month?
Nothing special happend this month but I have to say that it was a good month when it comes to having balance between work and free time! Proud of is another question in this list but I have to say that I’m proud of the balance I have in my life at the moment. It has definitely not been easy getting here! I’ve had hair fallen off and I guess partly why I got acne 2 years ago is because of stress. So that I finally started to prioritize in 2019 makes me so proud! In February I had a good balance between work, free time, hobbies, relationsships etc.
What made you sad?
Haha well it was actually my birthday in February and I had planned a birthday party, but nobody came. Haha. No but the problem is that a lot of my friends live abroad and the few of them who could have came all got fever or threw up so there where no people left for my party! Of course that got me a bit sad but it’s a good thing that we have our birthdays every year so I’ll get a new chance!
Something new regarding work?
YES! I have a lot of new collaborations these upcoming months. SO HAPPY! And these companies are really great so I can’t wait to show you!

Did you learn something new?
Oh yes, this is something mindblowing! Haha. Before eating for example nuts and seeds you should activate them, meaning you should put them in water with some salt and let it lay there for at least 8 hours. This will make them less aggressive to your stomach and instead of your body only be able to take up about 20 % of the nutrition your body will be able to take up about 80 % of the nutrion. Mind blowing right?! So every night before bedtime I make two bowls with the seeds and nuts I’m going to use the next day so everythin is ready in the morning.

Have you been working out?
Yes, quite a lot! It’s been a combination of both gym workouts and group trainings. And of course salsa dancing. I’ve also started running again but only for 10 minutes a time since I have a history of knee problems. I got inspiration to run from my favorite workout podcast Träning med Mening and from them and some other sources I have found a better running tehnique. So I’m actually really inspired to start running more. I can’t wait for Spring and running outside!
